Participants of AALI then get a chance to use their newly
acquired traits to plan the 3rd statewide, Pan-Asian American,
conference at UT - Building a Better FoundAsian (BABFA), where they get to add their input on all aspects of
the conference, from what speakers and performers to get, to the
details of the workshops. At the conclusion of AALI,
participants receive a letter of recommendation from the University of
Texas Multicultural Information Center, and accredited
experience to note in their résumés. For more information of previous year's BABFA,

Who
is the targeted audience?

target incoming students and sophomores, but are open to everyone with
interest towards Asian American Leadership.
